 Etiquette

 When in the studio please note there may be other guests already in a service or relaxing there so kindly walk and talk softly to not disturb the relaxation of the spa setting.  Please keep cell phones silent and not take phone calls or play videos aloud in the Studio. We are so grateful for you keeping that in mind and respecting the serene and calm atmosphere.

Cancelation/Reschedule

Your appointment time is reserved for you and we cannot schedule another guest with last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling, and especially no-shows.  Please give a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule.  Appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.  No-shows will also be required to prepay for all future appointments and it’s at the discretion of the practitioner to accept the booking.  This policy also applies to canceling a portion of your scheduled service as that time cannot be available for another guest if you cancel a portion of the scheduled service without full notice.   Repeated rescheduling is also unacceptable.  If you find it hard to keep appointments, please consider adding your name to our virtual waiting list for openings close to the day of your availability.

Parking

Parking is located in all village lots including the village lot across the street where spot coffee is (note the 10 village spots are to the right as you pull in) and there is also plenty of street parking close to the Studio on South Buffalo Street to Long Avenue.  We do not have a private parking lot.

Children

Due to the relaxing and private nature of our boutique spa, we cannot accommodate young children in the studio.  Our Guests’ relaxation is of the highest priority, it’s not that we don’t love all children.

Illness/Cold Sores

If you are not feeling well enough to leave the house, we ask you to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible.   Services cannot be provided to the face with an active or healing cold sore.  Consider a relaxing back treatment from our menu if you wake up with a cold sore the morning of your scheduled apt.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are most definitely available.  Please schedule a gift card pickup appointment or purchase an online gift card directly by visiting our website. By being appointment only, please realize coming to the studio without an appointment to pick up the GC doesn’t work. Gift Cards are honored by the Esthetician purchased with only and are nonrefundable.  If you have any questions about this policy please contact us before purchasing.
